This weeks Cappa Lotto Jackpot is €14,000. Tickets are available from promoters and local outlets or you can play online before 6pm via Play Cappa Lotto.
Ireland Lights Up & Steps Challenge
Ireland Lights Up continues at at 7pm on our Walking Track. All welcome. Please spread the word to anyone who may be interested.
We are also participating in a Step Challenge. To be part of our Step Challenge, download the Irish Life – My Life App (over 18s only) and go to Social – Pending Challenges – Munster GAA – Cappawhite GAA.
Reminder that dogs are not permitted in the GAA Grounds including the walkway. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Ireland Lights Up & Steps Challenge
Thanks to all who have signed up to our Steps Challenge. This is an optional challenge people might like to get involved in where they can track their daily steps activity with the Irish Life My Health App.
Irrespective of whether or not you are part of the steps challenge all are welcome to our walking nights at 7pm every Monday & Wednesday evening between now & 12th February.
We have breezed past the 3000km mark so we are well on our way to the 4000km target.
We are in the top 60 out of 250 clubs, a 20 place jump since night 1!

Fitzgibbon Cup
Best of luck to Gearóid Ryan (B) & Philip Gantley who are part of the TUS Midwest panel in their first game of this years Fitzgibbon Cup. They take on University of Limerick on Wednesday in Maguires Field, UL at 6:30pm. Noel Ryan is S&C coach of UL. The game will be live streamed on the following link:
