Monday 29th

Cappa Lotto
This weeks Cappa Lotto Jackpot is €14,500. Tickets are available from promoters and local outlets or you can play online before 6pm via Play Cappa Lotto.

Ireland Lights Up & Steps Challenge
Ireland Lights Up continues at at 7pm on our Walking Track. All welcome. Please spread the word to anyone who may be interested.

We are also participating in a Step Challenge. To be part of our Step Challenge, download the Irish Life – My Life App (over 18s only) and go to Social – Pending Challenges – Munster GAA – Cappawhite GAA.

Reminder that dogs are not permitted in the GAA Grounds including the walkway. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Ireland Lights Up & Steps Challenge

Thanks to all who have signed up to our Steps Challenge. This is an optional challenge people might like to get involved in where they can track their daily steps activity with the Irish Life My Health App.

Irrespective of whether or not you are part of the steps challenge all are welcome to our walking nights at 7pm every Monday & Wednesday evening between now & 12th February.

We have broke the 4000km target so the Club will be entered into a draw for prizes! Thanks to everyone for getting us there!

We are in the top 50 out of over 250 clubs, a 10 place jump since last week!

With our Fun/Run taking place next Monday 5th, it’s the right time to get some steps in!

Wednesday 31st

Fitzgibbon Cup
Best of luck to Gearóid Ryan (B) & Philip Gantley who have a must-win game for TUS Midwest versus ATU Galway. Throw in is at 6:30pm in TUS Midwest.

Freshers 1
Best wishes to Conor Martin who will play against Mary Immaculate College with UL Freshers in Mary I at 3:30pm. UL are in good form off the back of a solid six-point win over TUS Midwest last week.

Monday 5th

2024 Fun Run/Walk
Our Annual Fun Run/Walk & Long Puck will take place on the Bank Holiday Monday, 5th of February.

A donation from the proceeds will be made to the Critcal Air Ambulance. Unfortunately, the Critical Air Ambulance has been called-upon to assist members of our community in the past, and we would like to make a donation as a gesture of thanks for their service.

Last One Standing

Our Adult Players are running a Last One Standing Competition starting February 10th.

Thanks to all who entered the last fundraiser and well done to the winner, Donal Ryan (Borrisileigh).

Entry is €10 with a prize of €400.
