Féile na nGael 2024

Our U15’s were in Division 2 Féile na nGael hurling action in Cappa on Bank Holiday Sunday. After hosting the Feile Peil 3 weeks ago we were delighted to also be a host club for the hurling competition.

Thanks to all our volunteers who helped out on the day. Thanks to Thos who organised the day & to the referees Donie Ryan & Paul Carew.

We were very fortunate with the weather with the sun shining all day.

Huge credit to Franny, Paul and Noel & all involved in keeping our facilities looking so well.

Our boys played games v Roscrea, Gortnahoe-Glengoole & Kiladangan. Unfortunately they didn’t qualify for the final stages of the competition but this young team gave it their all on the day.

Congratulations to Gortnahoe-Glengoole who finished up as this years Division 2 champions with a final win over Eire Og Nenagh.
