2024 West U13A Football Shield Final
13th May at 7pm in Cappawhite
Congratulations to our U13A team and mentors who won the West Football Shield Final this evening in Cappawhite against Arravale Rovers.
The boys played fantastic football and worked tirelessly as a team when the Rovers applied pressure to the Cappawhite goal. Cappa’s number one saved a crucial penalty in the closing stages of the game which was exuberantly celebrated by his team-mates, and from there Cappa went on to see it out to the final whistle.
Well done to our lads and hard luck to Arravale Rovers who also played a great game.

Our U13A team will now turn their attention to hurling, while our U13D team will play their West Football Semi-Final on Wednesday versus Rockwell Rovers in New Inn at 7.15pm. All support for the boys would be appreciated!
