Some highlights of our U15’s in 2021!

Conor Gantley representing West Tipperary in the County Feile Football skills final in Dr Morris Park. While the title went to Mid Tipp on the night we are very proud of how Conor represented his club & division in this prestigious competition.

July

Well done to Cappa lads Conor, Michael, John & Tommy who played football with the Tipp u15 Divisional selection in Clare.

A pretty formidable 7, 8 & 9 from Cappawhite Gaels playing with a Tipp u14 selection Versus Kilkenny & Waterford teams.
Well done to Darragh O’Hora, Sean O Shea & Sean Hayes.

West Tipp U15

Well done to Cappawhite Gaels players, Sean Hayes, Sean O’Shea & Darragh O’Hora (Solohead) who were part of the West Tipp team winning both their games v Clare and Waterford sides in Dr Morris park yesterday.

Feile na nGael 2021
Cappawhite Gaels U15s were out in the Hurling Feile in Boherlahan. In the opening early morning game v Boherlahan both teams know a quick start was needed with the games 15 mins per half. Unfortunately, we didn’t get it and found ourselves 7 points down at the half time. Huge credit to our lads captained by impressive goalkeeper Conor Ryan Bawn they hauled themselves back, brought it back to 1 point and had further chances but just couldn’t get ahead.

In the second game on a tighter pitch we headed Ballybacon Grange from the start and recorded a good win.

In the final game v Roscrea we knew we couldn’t qualify and gave most of the large panel some well deserved game time and lost by a very credible few points. That both Boherlahan & Roscrea went on to win their semi-finals and contest the final showed that our group and our performances were of a high standard.

Much to be proud of and much learnt for the championship.
